 Longinus Anyaehiechukwu Anokwute popularly known as Chief Imo is a Nigerian Comic-actor, producer, Script-Writer, and a musician who was born on May 19th in Umuduru-Ekwe, Isu Local Government Area Of Imo State.........

Chief Imo, who started his acting career as a Teenager with a Drama Group, joined the Nigerian Movie Industry (Nollywood) professionally in 2000, and came to limelight after one of his movies showed on African Magic, a popular movie channel, and ever since then, he has featured in several movies like Doctor Imo, The Herbalist, Okwu Uka, White Handky, Wait and Take Miracles, In The Hotel, Colonapirus Nurse, Iheanacho, Nwa Malaysia, The Police Officer, Chief Imo Residence 1&2, The Village Preacher, Poor Man With Bad Mouth, African Brother, Imo Why, despite the delay he experienced in marketing his movies after productions, he never looked back or gave up on his dreams, rather he took advantage of the situation and built a successful career which till date, his being recognized as one of the Top Stars in Nollywood............
